  1. Uniform Or Not ?

I think we should keep uniforms because we look more like one, we look like a team. But on the other hand we should be able to have more mufti days during the year. And it saves alot of washing for mum which makes your mums life alot easier.

  4. I think we should wear mufti here are my reasons
    .You can embrace yourself
.Show what clothes you to like to wear
.It will be easyer to find your friends
.you wont have to wear the same thing over and over again each day
.you wont have to chage for p.e.

  6. Why should we have uniforms? Is a very popular topic in schools. Many people agree uniforms are quite expensive and that it is far easier to use hand-me-downs from family instead.

Uniforms are meant to be there to stop "popularity contests" or judging people by their clothing instead of what they are really like. This is a good idea but even then people can still judge by a uniform...

Kaya's point was a good one; a uniform makes us feel more like a team, working together as MIS.

I don't know but personally I’m used to putting on the same looking clothing for school, and I don't really mind.

  11. i think that we should have uniforms at mis, because it will save time in the morning because you dont have to choose what you wear. We should also wear a uniform so that people notice us and we stand out. It's good for oyur parents too, because you will have less washing. The bad thing is that you have to wear your uniform for a week and it starts to smell and gets dirty.

  13. I think we should wear uniforms so we look smart and tidy if some visitors came and looked at our school. But sometimes it is hard to pick your friends in an assembly or some type of school occasion because you're all wearing the same uniform.

  14. To wear a uniform or to not wear a uniform ... it's an age old question, with valid enough debates for both sides.

Peer pressure can play a huge role as to whether mufti is successful or not.

I have seen both sides and in my opinion due to the immense pressures of adolescence and the media I feel that a uniform does (in most cases!) solve a lot of the negative issues surrounding mufti and conforming to a certain "look".
I agree Jessica that people can still judge a uniform!, in that case... it is really a debate about uniform or not or more about the core values surrounding how we treat each other and what we label as "important"?
